 Produces a feeder for today's pork producer. This feeder incorporates the features most in demand for years of trouble free operation.

Construction of heavy gauge galvanized steel. Hopper sections have rolled edges with overlapping seams for extra strength, durability, and protection against leakage.

Sure-lock hopper covers feature one-piece spun steel for extra rigidity, and extra strength. Covers open all the way for easy filling and are totally wind, rain, and snow proof.

1. Total Feed control
Positive feed control adjusts from the top of feeder for accurate control of feed flow. One-piece steel trough cone and feed agitators keep feed fresh and flowing smoothly.

*Note: Our feed flow ring hits the trough cone, not the trough so there is no wicking.

2. Trough lids
Super tough polyurethane trough lids control noise stress caused by "banging" metal trough lids. Abrasions caused by nose and mouth tissue tearing away from frozen metal are eliminated.

3. Capacities to meet your needs
 Feeders are available in three sizes. Model B40E is one ring tall and has a 40 bushel capacity. Model B60E is two rings high with a 60 bushel capacity and Model B80E adds a third ring for an 80 bushel capacity.

Rotary Feeders are designed for use with all types of automatic systems and any pen size. The unique trough and feed saver lip keep hogs from rooting feed out on the floor. Handy crank adjustment controls feed flow so hogs eat slower for more complete digestion and better feed conversion. Hogs have a better rate of gain on the same amount of fed. Even the smallest pigs can easily rotate the feed hopper.

Five and ten bushel rotary feeder hoppers are constructed of 100% galvanized steel. Trough is cast iron. Sturdy galvanized hopper and hopper cover keep feed clean and dry and will stand up to the weather for years. Divider rings are optional, but recommended.

Trough divider rings: Available in sizes to fit both the 5-bushel and 10-bushel rotary feeders. Models D5A and D10A provide 6 inch (15.2 cm) openings suitable for nursery pigs. Models D5BB and D10BB have 9 inch (22.9 cm) openings suited for finishing hogs. The trough divider rings are an option that will help to keep the hogs from rooting feed from the trough and also give extra strength to the troughs. Number of openings: D5A - 11, D10A - 15, D5BB - 8, and D10BB - 11.
